If you are considering buying or selling real estate it is important that we set up a time to chat further to explore a working relationship. You owe it to yourself to work with an agent that you feel comfortable with and that you know will execute their sales pitch. Real estate is a complex process and most decisions don’t happen overnight, which is why it is important to have a constant resource moving forward. A problem shared is a problem solved. I am here to assist!
Prior to moving to the North Shore, I lived and worked on the Westside of Vancouver. I held management and director positions at the University of British Columbia, specifically in the Athletics and Recreation Department. I enjoyed my time at UBC and had great success in operating several different business units.
As a realtor, there is no tolerance for having a lackadaisical approach. I must be egoless, respectful, organized, knowledgeable, and patient. Real estate is about doing the early work! Being prepared, strategic, executing the marketing plan, and ensuring attention to detail is second to none. After all, the difference between mediocrity and excellence is attention to detail. I take pride in every interaction to ensure that I am setting my client up for success.
If you ask my clients, they would agree that I always work with their best interests in mind. My abilities as a realtor are based off of “simple” elements that add up to the successful way of doing business.
Outside of real estate, family and sports are a priority. As a past university athlete, I know the importance of having a daily focus on the fundamentals and the discipline to achieve results. I know the joy of incorporating recreation into my life and also sharing this with others. This should not be a surprise coming from a North Shore local. I stay involved in the community with various events and charitable organizations, and I am excited to continue doing so.
